The following data is collected:
cookie files – the only data acquired automatically. This data is processed based on the consent expressed by the user, which is given by clicking the “I AGREE” button when informed about the use of cookie files. This information is displayed when the user visits the website for the first time, regardless of the page from which they start browsing the website. If the user does not want their data to be processed, they should refrain from browsing the website’s resources.

When do we collect cookies?
Upon entering the website from any device, cookies data is stored in the form of small text files and is kept in the device’s memory. They are 100% harmless, do not constitute personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act, do not allow the user to be identified, but the user has the right not to share them. Why do we need this data?

We only use basic cookies that enable users to navigate the site. Systemically, cookies are divided into:

  • permanent (they remain on the user’s computer/tablet/smartphone for a specified period)
  • session (they collect information about the user’s activities only during a given session and are deleted after it ends)
  • from external partners (e.g. Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.). This data allows for the maintenance of sessions, proper functioning and display of the website on users’ screens, effective return to previously viewed pages, as well as the display of a route map, videos posted on the YouTube website, and integration of the website with social media.

On what basis do we process them? 

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists of analyzing user activity and preferences in order to improve the functionalities and services provided.

How to manage cookie files?

However, it should be noted that using some parts of our website may then be difficult or even impossible.
